If it’s not my cup of tea or I don't think I can handle the theme at that time, I generally just don’t interact with that post.

Hugging this character: I mean you can try, he's very good at the last minute side-step if he knows what you're doing
Kissing this character: If you wanna try...? But he's very good at avoiding approaches if he doesn't want it
Flirting with this character: Do it, he'll get awkward/grumpy.
Fighting with this character: Go for it, but he's so wimpy physically he'll probs be easy lol
Injuring this character: Yes, definitely. But let me know before you do it so I know what’s coming?
Killing this character: Sure, but only if we discussed it OOC before hand!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If you’re character can do that? Sure! Just give me a heads up first so I know what to expect? I'd be happy to give you info to work with.

Special Permissions:

Memory Altering: Waver can use a low-grade hypnotic suggestion, he can alter/influence memories to make you believe something he would like for you to believe. That said, he very rarely bothers to try because it's pretty weak and wears off in very little time. But I would like people to tell me if they want it permanently off the table for their character, or to tell me if they're good with it.

I wouldn't be making him try to do it without prior discussions first.

Magic Analyzing Skills: He is also extremely observant and kind of a nerd, he is excellent at figuring out the specifics of how someone's specialized magical abilities work and has a habit of pointing it out when he realizes he figured something out.

This would be most useful in a situation where he might be trying to help your character learning to better a magical skill they have, as his true calling and strengths are in teaching as one of the lead professors at the Clock Tower. Of course, we could also utilize it if you just want him to notice something because he's a serious nerd and he finds all this fascinating and can't help himself sometimes when a situation presents itself.

If you would like him to notice/figure something out about your character's abilities or help them learn how to use magic more capably, please give me a description of how they work so we can plot! I am not familiar with all canons and I don't like to make assumptions about other peoples characters.

I wont be doing it unless someone is interested in it and agrees. 'Cause, you know, it would be rude otherwise and I respect you guys.

I generally don’t assume shipping unless someone makes that clear just for the sake of not accidentally throwing it at someone who might not be interested.
